MEET GRETCHEN

I’m in the Real Estate business because it combines my love of all things Real Estate with a passion for serving my clients and my community. As a native Dallasite and 25+ year resident of Arlington, the DFW Metroplex is my home!  With over 35 years of customer service and consulting experience, my goal is to make your real estate transaction smooth, pleasant and stress-free!  Whether you’re buying your first home, selling your long-time residence, or seeking that perfect investment property, let me help you make your real estate goals a reality.  I realize that selling or buying real estate  is significant event in your life and it’s critical that you feel at ease and confident in the person you are working with.

I have been a real estate licensee in the state of Texas since 1983.  In my early professional career I was a residential property manager.  Later I worked for a corporate relocation management company where I acquired and re-sold residential property across the US.  After that I spent 20 years as a client serving Tax Manager at Ernst & Young (EY), a global professional services and consulting firm.  All of these roles prepared me well to start my own real estate business in January 2020. After speaking with six different brokers, I chose CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Co. to partner with.  They are the oldest and most established real estate company in DFW, with 85+ years of continuous service and 26 offices across the metro area.  With a family focused culture, locally recognized training, and strong mentorship I know I could not have chosen a better business partner.
